One snapshot shows a stark room with a dentist’s chair and masks on the wall — a setup investigators have long questioned because Epstein’s final companion reportedly worked as a dentist and once shared office space with one of his shell companies. Video clips also give viewers a walk-through of the now-abandoned buildings.
These images come from Little St. James, the island that residents once grimly referred to as “pedophile island.” Epstein owned two islands in the region, and Little St. James was the center of years of allegations involving the trafficking and abuse of underage girls.

In 2022, the U.S. Virgin Islands reached a settlement exceeding $100 million with Epstein’s estate, stating that dozens of minors had been abused, trafficked, or held against their will at the secluded property. Lawmakers Say the Footage Underscores the Need for Transparency
Rep. Robert Garcia, the ranking Democrat on the House Oversight Committee, said the release was intended to help the public better understand the scope of Epstein’s operation and to maintain pressure on the federal government to hand over remaining files.
“These images offer a disturbing window into Epstein’s world,” Garcia said. “We’re committed to full transparency and to delivering justice for the survivors.”
He added that the committee has also obtained records tied to JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank — institutions previously scrutinized for their financial dealings with Epstein — and that those documents will be made public soon.
What This Means Going Forward
Though these newly released photos don’t change the facts of the case, they serve as a reminder of how many questions remain unanswered. The push from lawmakers signals that Congress intends to keep the heat on the Justice Department until all remaining Epstein-related files are disclosed.
